Lori Sutton, owner of J.A.D.E. Consulting, has more than 10 years of experience in diversity and inclusion. She built an industry-recognized diversity and inclusion program for a mid-sized energy company and led the diversity and inclusion strategy for two Fortune 500 manufacturing companies. Currently, she serves as the Chief Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Officer at the largest publicly traded U.S. water and wastewater utility company. With more than 25 years of corporate experience and a strong background serving on nonprofit boards and committees, Lori understands how organizations function and how to drive positive change.
