When I decided to start my business, I wanted an appealing and memorable name that would transcend time as the business evolved.
So what does J.A.D.E. stand for? Join A Distinct Evolution in diversity, inclusion and equity.
Our evolutionary approach OPENS the door for individual and organizational effectiveness. The J.A.D.E. Consulting OPENS Framework, which will be debuted during Empowerment Series 2021, stands for Origination, Progression, Engagement, Navigation and Sustainability.
What is an evolution?
According to Dictionary.com, there are two definitions that fit our approach:
1) The gradual development of something especially from a simple to a more complex form; and
2) A pattern of movements or maneuvers.
Whether you are an individual or organization, there is always room for development. Sometimes you need someone to challenge you through a series of unique approaches that will result in positive movement.
The greatest experiences in my life have come from me evolving as a person. Stepping out of my comfort zone and allowing myself to evolve has been life changing. My family, friends and mentors have supported my personal evolution. All of them have played a part in helping me see the gifts that God placed within me.
All of us are born with a purpose in life. When you find out what it is, it becomes one of the best days of your life.

It took me until I was an adult to find my purpose, but I am so humbled by what God placed in me to help others.
When I created J.A.D.E., I wanted our clients to have that same experience but through a unique lens: a diversity lens that leads to inclusion and transforms when individuals are treated equitably.
Our ultimate goal is for our clients to walk away with a sense of accomplishment, purpose, the ability to OPEN doors and join others at the table with meaningful conversations that lead to true change.
